    Not that I know of but maybe an administrator can enlighten us both.

    What I do is just check the 'Home' page link each day and it is not refreshed often enough for you to miss new threads that have been posted, or ones that have recently been responded to.

    I always start at the 'home' bit rather than going to the main forum link.

    I'm afraid there isn't at the moment. 

    It's a good suggestion to check the homepage where the most recent posts and replies are displayed.
