"Go to last post" info showing incorrectly

As I write this the Mark 1 forum - http://www.mx-5.com/Forum/Room/?roomId=46 - is showing this:

... but the 3 responses to that topic are recorded as:

EDIT - More things wrong having posted that - the three responses have been formatted by me as a bulleted list in italics and they certainly show like that in the editing screen but when I hit post the bullets, indent and italics have all disappeared.
