Clarkson, again

I caught up with TG tonight and Clarkson had me in bits.  When testing the Audi R8 Spyder V10 (the Lambo engine) he said that the only thing that sounded better than that engine with the top down, was the sound of Peter Mandelson being attacked by bears.  Brilliant!  I would pay good money to see Mandelson being attacked by bears, or wolves or anything else come to think of it.

Did you know that the EU have declared it illegal to sell eggs by the dozen?

Watched this sunday's TG before comig to work.
It's probably one of the best done in quite some time.
To me, they got it so right.
I thought Tom and Cam were great and the Senna feature was superb and moving.

    Thumbs up

I agree Jo, I had really started to get disillusioned with TG..far to scripted for laughs for my liking, but the bit about Senna genuinely brought a lump to my throat.

Not that I'am jealous or anythingInnocent but ....could Mr Cruise be any better looking?... he looks as youthful now at nearly 50, as he did in Risky Business!

Got to agree, this weeks was definately a 'cut above' (mind you how can you fail when you do a piece on Ayrton?).  I even watchend in in spite of Cruise being present, normally any film with this guy on the case is a 'no watch' for me (I was unlucky enough to see Top Gun when I was younger and still haven't recovered).  His name on a film is nearly as much of a warning of the quality as the tag 'RomCom'.

I thought Sundays show was excellent, a fitting and full of untruths story about the British Sportscar, without which, we would not all be here on this forum.
