Hood Cover - Tips for folding ?

Hi Forum,

I finally had chance to put the hood cover on today, and in my haste, decided not to note how it unfolded from it's neat little straps in the boot.

Has anyone got any tips how to get it back into it's nice little neat triangle for storage, or is it a case, of fold until it fits ?

I have tried many times but have given up trying to fold it neatly. Just don't think the designers thought of that when they designed it. Or they didn't care as long as it fitted over the hood.

    Magic,

Cheers for that. Looks like it goes into a square on the drawing, but this could be folded again, with no plastic bits in the way, to form the triangle for the mk 2.5.

Many thanks for the link !

I also had to look up the folding process for mine, it now lives in an HMV "charity" record bag made of cloth, it fits perfectly,

and will stay there until we get high pressure sunny days with no chance of showers, it's too fiddly for a quick roof up.
